Last December our furnace stopped working during a terrible cold snap. We had no heat leading up to Christmas. Sean was recommended to me by a good friend. He came over and figured out it was the ignitor and that the flame wasn’t staying on. He quickly assessed the problem and ordered parts. He did all that he could to get it done quickly. When the parts came in he immediately came to my house even though it was after hours and worked hard in the freezing cold to get heat for my family. He literally saved Christmas. We have used him a few times since to deal with a frozen pipe that burst and a toilet plumbing issue. I will have him come do our yearly furnace cleaning this year as well. Not only is he great at what he does and extremely knowledgeable, he is a kind and decent guy who just wants the best for his customers. From the beginning to the end, he was nothing but professional, on time, precise, and most importantly, compassionate. We are an elderly family who are disabled and cannot tolerate extreme temperatures.
